Sellers & Buyers Home Warranty
|

Sellers would be wise to provide a Home Warranty Plan when they
put their property on the market to sell. Buyers expect to get a Home
Warranty Package to cover appliances that or left and all the electrical
components and heating, water heater and etc. There are warranty packages
that will also cover the seller while it is listed and will cover the
buyer for the first year. The Buyer can always extend the warranty after
the first year. This is just good sense selling and there are very reasonable
prices. $390 Premium/$55.00 Trade Call Fee, $350.00 Premium/$75.00 Trade
in call.
